‘We decided to do things differently at our Christmas Party this year. We matched the amount spent over the bar and asked staff to decide on three charities that the money could benefit. We have been meeting these wonderful charities over the past couple of weeks to hand over three £500 cheques. The recipients were Blood Bikes Wales, Care After Combat and Ysgol Ty Coch.’
