Please find below the operational arrangements either side of the Christmas break 2020:

• The last trunks into the Hub prior to Christmas will be on Wednesday 23^rd December 2020. Therefore, this is your last day for despatch
• All freight input on Wednesday 23^rd December 2020 on a ND service will be delivered on Monday 4^th January 2021.
• All freight input on Wednesday 23^rd December 2020 on an EC service must be delivered by Tuesday 5^th January 2021 unless on a D/Day service.
• If you require freight to be delivered on Thursday 24^th December 2020, this must be manifested on an AM service and MUST be pre-advised to our TPN team – Molly, Mark or Leighton on 01639 720910
• The Hub will operate normal working hours on Wednesday 23^rd December 2020 and will be open until 13:00hrs on Thursday 24^th December 2020.
• The Hub will then re-open at 06:00hrs on Monday 4^th January 2021.

Our general haulage department will be available to deliver your full loads as and when required over the Christmas – New Year period, please let us know the delivery dates / times as early as possible so that we can organise our staff before the holidays begin.
