Huge congratulations to our driver Carl Davies, who passed his Class 1 test this week. Carl has worked for us as a Class 2 driver and showed an interest in progressing to his Class 1 qualification so we were keen to support him to do this.  We believe investment in people is key to job satisfaction and staff retention. When you have staff who enjoy what they do and feel valued, your levels of customer service and customer satisfaction increase.  We know our staff are our best asset at John Pearce Transport!
