‘We have just had a delivery at our offices in Pontypridd CF38 1LN. The driver was called Dan and I just wanted to say that he was extremely helpful. We usually have plenty of strong men at the office who can help with large deliveries like this but today we are just ladies and this normally poses a problem with delivery drivers being unwilling to help us any further and often leaving the pallet in the most convenient place for them outside and open to the elements, leaving us to scramble around trying to move heavy items ourselves but Dan was very accommodating in ensuring that the pallet was delivered inside our storage facility and he did this with a smile and a cheery attitude.
