What happens when your customer calls you on Friday and asks for urgent help? A bed was desperately needed for a family on the Isle of Wight. We called our driver Gavin who agreed to go straight to Portsmouth and collect the bed then take it on the ferry over to the Isle of Wight overnight. The family were so pleased that we were able to support them at a difficult time and we received this email from our customer –

‘Can I take this opportunity in thanking you/driver for your help in arranging for bed and mattress at short notice to IOW, as you see both our customer and their customer are really happy and it meant a lot.

John Pearce actions here prove you are a great partner for Drive Devilbiss as you always go over and above to accommodate a fantastic customer service. Please pass onto the driver involved who was also fantastic.‘ – Julian Parry, Logistics Manager for Drive Devilbiss

Customer service is so important to us and underpins all we do.  It was our absolute pleasure to help.
