Following on from our previous news stories about Richard Goodall and his training program for Tokyo ( please have a look back at the news page for all the info) I am pleased to say that Richard and his team have arrived in Tokyo. Richard has been updating me with their journey and I must say it looks like an amazing place! They have arrived at the Shodukan at Kitnomura Park( see sign below). This is the place where the All Star Japan takes place, the biggest Judo tournament in the world! What a fantastic experience! Keep your eyes peeled for more updates!
