With concern growing over the spread of the new Omicron variant of Covid, we have taken the decision to postpone our Christmas party until the new year when we can celebrate together safely.
However, we always have a raffle on the night to raise money for charity and we didn’t think this year should be any different. With charities finding it very difficult to raise the vital funds they need to continue their work, every little helps.
This year our chosen charity is Maggie’s in Swansea – an amazing charity offering support and guidance to cancer patients. They offer a calm space for people to go and chat to others who are going through the same thing or just to be able to find a quiet space to think.
Our huge thanks go to Kevin and Jackie Harvard who donated the first three prizes. We will be selling tickets to staff over the next 10 days and we will let you know how much we raise.
